  • Instructor Bio: With 25 years of law enforcement experience, including 16 years as an instructor/assistant commander in SWAT and 8 years as a range operations manager, Scott Taylor brings a wealth of knowledge to this course. He is a master instructor in less lethal and firearms, Taser, Carbon Arms, CTS, and an IALEFI Master Firearms Instructor. He founded Delaware Tactical in 2015, training law enforcement, constables, and civilians.
